Simple Solutions FM has successfully implemented systems worldwide in major hospitals, top universities and large corporations. Our clients manage properties consisting from under 50,000 square feet to over 5,000,000 square feet using CAD, CAFM, CMMS and Document Management systems. Art Franz, Principal & Project Manager of SSFM, has a degree in Engineering and over twenty years of experience working within the CAD/CAFM/CMMS/Document Management environments, Art is considered an expert in his profession.

Art has taught CAD & CAFM classes at the locations listed below and conducts IFMA credited educational CAFM/CMMS seminars at various events.
