The RoundsKeeper™ Condition Data Point Monitoring Program is a mobile application used to collect data point readings at various measurement points on equipment assets such as motors, pumps, fans, compressors and other equipment, which is central to ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

How It Works

The RoundsKeeper™ Condition Data Point Monitoring program is a Microsoft Access database that works in conjunction with the WORKABOUT PRO Windows Mobile handheld device. A history of all Round data collected is stored by round date and time in the RoundsKeeper database.

Store equipment information in the RoundsKeeper database.
Define condition measurement data points and allowable values and thresholds.
Download condition point readings from the handheld device to the RoundsKeeper database.
Immediately be altered to out-of-range readings.
Run round reading history reports and export data to Excel for further analysis.

Simple Handheld Mobile Interface

The WORKABOUT PRO Mobile scanner device is loaded with the RoundsKeeper™ mobile application. The mobile application prompts the technician to scan (or key in) an equipment barcode.

Once an equipment item has been identified by the scanner, the application automatically prompts the technician to enter a reading for each data collection point assigned to the selected equipment asset.

Technicians are also able to take an equipment asset "offline" and skip all data collection point readings for that equipment asset, or bring an equipment asset "online" and record its assigned data point settings.
