Profile Tools for Scanned or PDF Documents
DocuFi Batch Profiles are powerful tools that save time and promote consistency. Profiles are "templates" that are used to apply the exact same functions to a folder of scanned files.
Common tasks that are performed on documents are stored in these profiles allowing for fast and easy access at a later time. Profiles are assigned folders as part of the folder processing and watching process.
File Splitting
DocuFi Batch Split and Save profile options split a single file or document into multiple files based on the user selected Split and Save Options profile settings.

Flexible Document File Naming

Batch Processing

Folder Watching
This feature is only available with the DocuFi Batch Pro edition of the DocuFi Batch software.
Initiate Folder Watching for complete hands free batch processing. Assign a profile to a folder and scans are automatically processed as they arrive in the folder.
DocuFi Batch Pro offers automatic Folder Watching. With the Folder Watching feature, users specify up to three source (input) directories where images reside, and three destination (output) directories to place the processed/enhanced images. DocuFi Batch Pro will automatically poll (watch) the input folders and process the files contained there.
